Cancelled Grocery Delivery Order Return Policy

Note: We Only Accept Credit Card Payments (No Checks or Money Orders)

The Grocery Delivery "Reservation" is Not Refundable
(Delivery Reservation Portion - This is the $35 standard delivery fee plus the charges for special delivery times)

All Food & Beverage Orders Cancelled Over 30 Days Prior to Delivery are Fully Refunded
(Since our Shopping Bears have not "gathered" any grocery items in advance of your Colorado Vacation)

Any "Non Perishable" Grocery Items Not Acquired Prior to Delivery are Fully Refunded
(Beer, Wine, Frozen Food, Canned Food, Etc. - We acquire most "Non Perishable Items" up to 30 days in advance of delivery)

"Perishable" Grocery Items & Deli Platters Cancelled Over 3 Days Prior to Delivery are Fully Refunded
(Fruit, Vegetables, Milk, Fresh Deli Meats & Cheeses, Etc. - We Gather all "Perishable Items" up to 3 days in advance of delivery)

All Food & Beverage Orders Cancelled Less than 2 Days Prior to Delivery are Not Refunded
(All "Last Minute" cancellations are Not Refundable because the groceries have already been processed for delivery)

We will make 1 additional delivery attempt on the scheduled day of delivery (2 delivery attempts) and a final delivery attempt the day after the scheduled delivery day. If we are unable to complete the delivery after 3 attempts (outlined above) all payments are forfeited and the purchased groceries will be donated to a local charity.

Note: It takes 2-7 business days to process a refund with our processor. Once the refund is processed and sent to your customer's card issuing bank, it can take another 2-7 business days (depending on the bank's processing speeds) for the refund to post to your customer's account. In total it can take 9-14 business days for your customer to receive their refund.
